Directories Submission Service

The submission process is extremely time-consuming and detail-oriented. If you'd like someone experienced to carefully hand-submit your site to all the relevant free general and specialized directories, I can do that for you. I've been promoting websites for over 6 years, and know how to do it to maximize your success. See below for details.

What I'll do for you:

your website's description

Each directory requires that a brief description be submitted along with your website's URL and title. You can provide the description. Or, if you'd prefer, I will write the description for you.

multiple titles & descriptions?

Sure. You don't have to (and probably shouldn't) stick to just one title and one description. Send us up to 6 of each. Or, we can write a few for you.

Some directories require the actual name of the site to be used as its title - but many others will allow a short keyword phrase to be added as well. For example, the official website title, Edwin Romond could be enhanced to Edwin Romond - Poetry Workshops.

We recommend you take advantage of this excellent opportunity to target several keyword phrases important to your site.

submissions to general and specialized directories

General directories: I'll submit your website to the most appropriate category in at least 100 general directories. These are the major directories and the ones which have shown themselves to be most useful in promoting a website. They have also met my strict quality guidelines. See a portion of the list.

Specialized directories: I'll also submit your site to the specialized directories geared toward your subject. I often work form my list of specialized directories, but submit to others as well. Rest assured, I'll find quality, relevant directories in your field and will submit to them. The number of specialized directories submitted to is generally 6-12.

Music directories: If you're a band or musician, I'll also submit your site to all relevant music directories as well as the general directories & arts directories. If you like, I'll also set you up at up to 5 music communities (you can choose which ones).

submissions to search engines (optional)

The search engines find new websites through links from other sites; so if there's a link to your site somewhere, they'll eventually find your site without your having to submit.

However, submitting to the search engines can start the ball rolling if your site is new. If you'd like me to, I'll submit your site to the 2 dozen most important search engines, and many will begin visiting your site almost immediately.

I also use a Quanta Webdesign email address so you never need to be bothered with spam from the directory companies. (However, if you prefer, I can use your email address.)

I'll provide you a report of all the websites to which your website was submitted, along with the descriptions and keywords that were used.

How to purchase a submission package

After payment (using the "buy now" button by the packages above), please email me as soon as possible with your site's title, a brief (25-30 words) description, and a list of about 10 keywords or phrases you'd like to target. (Alternatively, I can write these for you.) I may edit them for maximum effectiveness.

Submission can be done within approximately 1 week of payment. When I'm finished, I'll send you a report listing the directories & search engines to which I submitted your site, along with the descriptions and keywords used.

p.s. Still doubtful? Optimizing your site and submitting to the directories & search engines does work! If you'll search Google for indie band promotion or unsigned bands promotion or websites for musicians, you'll find Quanta Webdesign at the top of the heap, or in the first few results. I did it using simple principles of webdesign & linking, and some patience - I can do it for you, too. (I can't guarantee your rankings - only Google can decide that - but your site will certainly rank higher by gaining well-written directory links to it.)
